Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of services and products by Beek Montage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deviations from these terms are only binding if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Quotations and Agreements
All quotations from Beek Montage are non-binding and valid for the period stated in the quotation. If no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 30 days.
An agreement is concluded when the customer accepts the quotation in writing or by email, unless Beek Montage raises an objection in writing within 5 working days.

Prices and Payment
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is legally in default and statutory interest will be charged.

Delivery and Execution
Beek Montage will deliver the services and products within the agreed period. If no period is agreed upon, delivery will take place within a reasonable timeframe.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond Beek Montage's control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Such delay does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.
